Grouping Customers

Hi
 
I want to link customers together for reporting only. Each customer is its own entity and has different terms. We need to be able however to run a report on items used for a group of customers.
 
On the item cards I am using /Attributes/ for something similar but can't find it on the customer card.

    If you want to breakdown Items sold by type of Customer, you can use either a Dimension (potentially more behind the scenes, less visible on the record) or Customer/Gen. Bus. Posting Group (more visible on the record).  You would need to write a report to group the Item Ledger based on the Dimension or Posting Group of the transaction.  This would allow you to see what types of Customers are buying what Items (or types of Items).
     
    If you are on BC Cloud, there is a new Analysis tool that can be enabled in Feature Management.  It allows you to build a Pivot table directly in the system and might give you the information you want.  Below is an example:
