Starting very recently my users have told me they are unable to change the Ship To Address on Sales Orders that are generated from Blanket Sales Orders.
The system gives an error message like this when trying to make a change. This is after the prompt that the sales lines will be recreated if I change the Ship To Address and I select "Yes".
I don't see a field in the Sales Header for the Blanket Order. There is a field for it in the Lines.
Yes, if I remove the Blanket Order No from the line the error goes away, but the line needs to be linked to the Blanket Sales Order. When I say "Yes" it should recreate the line with the Blanket Order No. included. This was not a problem in the past. No changes to permissions etc.
Is the BO logged in the header of the sales order ?
It looks like the error is pointing at the first sales line on order SO-04643 and wants the BO removing from the line.
It is hard to tell the problem here have you done any permission changes or different suddenly?
