how to remove unnecessary entity from site map?

Hi,

In service area I don't want to show all things except few things like case account contact.

How could I do this customization

Hi Ak,

1. If you go to Entity Properties, you will find Areas that display the entity. Uncheck it from there.

2. You can use XrmToolBox to change the settings of your Site Map if you have Custom Site Map Area

Hi ak,

Open default solution in under Settings-->customization. There you can select the entity in the left hand pane. In the right hand pane, There is section called "Area That display the entity" in that un-check the check box.

Otherwise use XRMToolBox for System Default Entity
