Route Queue Item: Disable option to "Also remove the item(s) from the Queue"

Goal: Prevent anyone to remove Items from Queues.

Pitfall: In queues, when we click on "Route" button, and then select "User", there is a checkbox that allows that.

If anyone encountered this problem and managed to remove/disable this option, I'm all ears :)

    Hello,

    The only good way to solve that is to create own dialog form that does what you need, hide the standard button that initiates this dialog and create own custom that shows yours.

    Alternatively... if I'm not wrong you're on-premice so aspx files are available for you. You can open aspx file and hide control in it but it is unsupported.

    Thank you Andrew.

    Creating our own dialog seems rather complicated since we want to keep Queue/User radio buttons. This could get a bit complicated. But I will keep this in mind if this becomes an issue.

    Wow many thanks!

    Your second suggestion worked like a charm!

    I update the dlg_queueitemrouting.aspx file.

    document.getElementById('crmchkBoxRemove').style.display = "none";

    It works for now. I kept a copy of the original file just in case.

    Again, so many thanks!

     On your CRM server, you can go to:

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\CRMWeb\_grid\cmds
