Send inline images

Hello

I have the following problem:

When we answer to an e-mail activity (which was generated from E-Mail Router) with an embedded image and send it back to the customer, he cannot see the image (it is just "inline image 1").

Is it possible to change the link from this image (maybe copy the image to an ftp server)?

Am I the only one with this problem? I could not find any threads at google about this problem.

Best regards

Raphi

No, the image link is set to an internal link. Is it possible to change this link?

You are sending email to your customer who is outside of your network so the image should be able to extranet so that they can access these emails. try to place your image to extranet and then check. they should be able to see email.

No I reply to an email with an inline image of the customer (like a signature)

The problem happened because your external customer does not have access to your internal image. Try to put the image on public facing sites that accessible by anyone, and change the "signature" to point the external image.

Yes, I know. But do we have to do that manually? This is a lot of work, we will have more than 10 requests per day...

If that's the case you need to modify the "template" to point to the correct resource (the image on public facing site)

    Hello

    Which template do you mean?

I could publish our FTP server to do that, but can I change the path where these images are saved in CRM?

How do you send the email? The signature that you mentioned, is that email signature, such as:

    Regards,

    (Your name)

    (Position)

    (Logo)(and other things)

And the one that does not showing up is the (Logo) part of your email signature?

If yes, then that is the template that you need to change, it is Outlook or your email client settings to change the signature.
