Hello, I was hoping if there was a template for receipts to print out gift cards/vouchers, as of right now in RMS there is no way to just print a balance for this unless making a transaction (not inlcuding $0.00), so basically you have to make a purchase even $.01 to see a balance but you can't see a balance with a fake blank transaction for the customer.

You can check the balance but there is no way to print the balance without making a sale.
Are you trying to give your customers a way to check their balance, not sure why you would need to print that without a purchase, unless you are trying to give your customers a way to check their balance without cashier involvement.
