Is this a Bug in Sales Credit Memo Number Series when Manual Nos. is enabled

I noticed after the BC has updated to version 16.4, the Manual Nos. feature for Sales Credit Memo is not working, it will post using the assigned number series. Refer screenshot below to illustrate what I encountering.

1. Manual Nos. has been enabled for Sales Credit Number series.

2. Creating a Sales Credit Memo by entering a different number series manually.

3. After posting the Sales Credit Memo, instead picking up the number that enter manually, it still picks up the number from Number Series.

The version I'm testing is.

Yes, it seemsd there is something workign differently compared to Invoices.

We got this reported for Purchase Credit Memos.

This is under investigation at the moment
