hai , suggest me a best way to do this task . lead assigned per day with lead number to be send as email to user,.

couple of options:
1. Simplest solution would be to create a report and share it with the user in crm ( if other user is available in crm)
2. Create a console application to retrieve the data and send email with the information. ( count , lead name etc).
3. send report as a pdf to the user, you can do that using code or there are some third party solutions available to share the report using a workflow.
What about if you create a dashboard for Marketing Executives and have the charts or views in there. This way they can even drill down and see more details. I would recommend you go for dashboard, emailing a report is kind of an old way of doing things. Try and see if you can convince your Marketing Executives, you do have to create excellent dashboard though . Good luck
I personally would create an SSRS report which can be emailed on a specific schedule, the report can be designed using Visio Studio, plenty of good guides out there
