Hi,
It is possible to add custom workflows to Dynamics GP 2015 or Dynamics GP 2013R2? Example add a workflow to the Payable Transaction Entry Window.

There is a predefined set of workflows introduced in both; GP 2015 and GP 2013 R2, you can not create a "custom" workflow for any specific process of your own.
For the payable transaction entry specifically, there is a predefined workflow introduced in GP 2015, here is the reference GP 2015 – Understanding Payable Batch Approval
