Hello ,
When I entered the maximum total discount amount (500$),in POS permission groups, I encountered a problem.
does not function in POS
and i also run jobs 1060, 1020
Is there any way to solve this issue?
Hi Reem abdullah,
Is the POS permission group linked to the user operating this POS device?
PS. I have moved your question to the Dynamics 365 Commerce forum.
Yes, it's linked to the user. I also tried $27, and it worked in pos. However, any value more than 27> $ is acceptable in back office but not in POS , and it is unclear if there is a limit on the amount.
I'm getting confused here. The initial post mentions that it is not working in POS. Now I think to read that it is working in POS, but not in back office. Can you elaborate on the exact behavior?
The screenshots are not showing too much detail to guess about the setup and the current behavior.
In the POS permission group discount amount, I can enter any amount; there is no limitation, but it does not work in POS. It only works at the POS for the amount of $27 and less . More than $ 27 does not work.
In my case, I wanted to add an amount greater than $1,000, so I changed the amount to $1,000 and tried to apply the discount In POS, it displayed "error" (The value entered is not valid..)
Hi Reem,
Thanks for clarifying the issue. I'm now able to understand it. Can you check what exact values are stored in the POS database? (tables ax.RETAILPOSITIONPOSPERMISSION and ax.RETAILPOSPERMISSIONGROUP)
