AR Statements in Business Central

My company is new to BC but we are hoping to figure out if there is a way to run the customer statement that looks presentable but only for items that are open on the customer's account. We have the report 1316 currently and like how it looks but only want invoices that are not applied to show on the report. Is there some sort of change we can make or filter for this?

In the North American version we have report 10072 which has many options and I believe one does what you are looking for.

With Base Report it is not possible. you need to go for customization.
