Can anyone please suggest me how do i achieve the scenario that a case should be created automatically by creating email.

You can use a Record Creation and Update Rule - these are configured under Settings, Business Management.
If that doesn't give you the options that you want, you could use a workflow instead

For different scenarions you can use workflow also.
