Automatic Case Creation after creation of email

Hello,

Can anyone please suggest me how do i achieve the scenario that a case should be created automatically by creating  email.

    You can use a Record Creation and Update Rule - these are configured under Settings, Business Management.

    If that doesn't give you the options that you want, you could use a workflow instead

    For different scenarions you can use workflow also.

    Thanks for the reply Sir, but what if i want to check whether case is created or not but email has a status of "Pending Send"
