Workflow to Qualify Leads into existing Contacts

Hi.

We have some duplicates (Lead and Contacts) on the same owner. The Leads are still Open.

I want to qualify each Lead into the corresponding Contact (selected in the field "Existing Contact")

There is one important aspect: I want the activities to be transferred from Lead to Contact, as it would happen in a classic manual qualification. I mention that when manually qualifying the Lead I get the duplicate error (and I fix it by selecting the existing Contact).

I have tried to create the Workflow with QualifyLead action but it does not work, the lead is still Open.

It only works if I allow it to create a new record (Contact) as it would normally happen in a Lead -> (qualified) -> Contact cicle.

Can you please help me fix this workflow?
