Business Process Flow with Conditional Branching on 2 Entities

I'm doing a Business Process Flow on the Case Entity with a Conditional Branch  to change to the Opportunity Entity and enter information on the Opportunity.  My 'If statement' is based on a field value in the stage immediately preceeding it.  When the statement is true, the Business Process Flow prompts me to select an Opportunity as it should, but it says no records available.  I also ensured there was an open opportunity for the contact the case is related to.  Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?  Thank you

    Hi Michele ,

Are you talking about opportunity lookup field ? If yes then check the Opportunity lookup view filter criteria by going to settings -> Customization--> Customize the System --> Expand Entity --> Opportunity --> Views --> Lookup view --> Edit filter condition.

Goutam, thank you for your help!  I'm not 100% on my terminology as I'm still learning, but yes, I believe it's the Opportunity lookup field.  When the condition is met, 'Select Opportunity' comes up in the business process flow I created.  Below that it says 'No records found' and below that it says 0 Available and there is an option to create an opportunity.  I'm wanting to select the opportunity related to the case and enter information on it.

Kokulan, the screen shot shows where I'm running into a problem.  The Business Process Flow starts on the Case Entity.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hi,

you can select the existing opportunity only if you have a relationship of 1:N between case and opportunity. I checked the standard CRM, it doesnt have any such relationship. Build one relationship of 1:N and then try to create BPF.

    Thank you

    Abhishek
