    Hello,

Which mobile app are you using ?

    this one : www.microsoft.com/.../install-crm-for-phones-and-tablets.aspx

    or the express one ?

    Which version of CRM ?

If you are using the first one, the customization (web resources, html etc..) need to be added to the main form since the main form is now shared between the browser and the new app.

    hello,

As i said, the mobile form is the same as the main form used for the browser version.

Not sure if it's already available on 2015 (i only have 2016 instances on online) but there is a nice feature to preview your form on the Mobile and Tablet :

    2016_2D00_05_2D00_10_5F00_09_2D00_47_2D00_31_5F00_chrome.png

which allow you then with the developper tools or debugger  from IE / Chrome to watch what scripts/html are loaded.

If you don't have access to this, Sonoma Partners developped a new extension for Chrome which allow you to load a page like if it was on a Tablet (same form again) it's called "CRM DevTools", or you can try to load directly it from this link :

    https://yourorg.crm4.dynamics.com/nga/main.htm?org=org0f49bc18&server=https://yourorg.crm4.dynamics.com

But again, since the Main form is now Shared between Browser, Mobile and Tablet, if your webresources are properly loaded on the browser version, there is no reason that it's not the case for your mobile app.

Do you have any errors or something which could help ?

There are no "magic" button to display those.

You can try to create a new Javascript and just add the following code :

    Xrm.Utility.alertDialog("JS Loaded");

(the alert("js); is not working on phone app)

So if you get that popup when you load your phone app then it's working.

in crm phone app some methods are not working like Xrm.Page.ui tab. setDisplayState.

In my mobile form it is showing error ' Cannot read property setRequiredLevel of null' and 'Cannot read property setDisplayState of null'. Could you please suggest me what functions i have to use to avoid errors.

    Thanks.

Ah here are some details :)

You need to be aware that on the mobile app, all the form is not loaded.

I think only the first 5 tabs of your form are loaded with the mobile app, so if you put for example an hidden tab at the bottom of your form with few fields in it for some process in javascript.

You need to put those fields upper in the form so they can be included in the loading of the form on the mobile app.

Here is the details of what is loaded : dynamicscrmcoe.com/crm-for-phones-customized-event-error

I don't think this is still available in even in Dynamics 365. I can see my HTML WebResource in the tablet but not on the Mobile device using D365 for Phones.

    Please verify. Thanks.
