hi
i can not able to change form of the out of box entity , that means i can edit form but it is not reflected to GUI

Hi Gagan,
After you have modified the form, have you saved and published it?
If you didn't publish it, your changes to the form will not take effect.
Please refer to the video on how to modify the form:

Also, if you want to change the entity name, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System.
Under the Entity tab, click on the entity you want to modify, and then you can modify its name directly. Finally remember to save and publish.

Make sure you are editing the right form.
If you are using Unified Interface, it might use the Default Interactive Experience form rather than main form depending on which entity you are trying this on.
