Integration Manager Error

I have upgrade from GP 9  to GP 2010 to GP2015 R2. every works seems to work ok. converted the IM database and made the DSN Changes within IM 14,  Now when I run the integration I get the following error

    1 Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.IntegrationManager.IMGPPrv DOC 1 ERROR: A valid exchange rate could not be found for the default Currency ID.
