For daily metrics, when there are still 0 values as the staff just gets in, how does it determine what names to post on the boards. We have some staff concerned when their name shows the 0 by it.

Hi Shannon,
FST TV defaults to display the top 10 in each category. You can change the number of players you would like to display within FST TV setup. The players displayed will be listed by highest score at the top. If all players have 0 points then random players are selected on board. It is not alphabetical. In order to entice the players from the beginning and create a dynamic game, I would recommend setting up metrics so that players can quickly earn points. For example, give 1 point for every 1 phone call rather than 1 point for every 100 calls made. And 10 points for every demo booked rather than 1 point for every 5 demos.
