installing back up from stick

hi i was told to use my back up stick but i have nothing in the reloaded pos 2.0 in xp it is all on the pos system but i can't hook up to internet i have my stick i backed up but it will not read it on the pc that i downloaded the pos on for the disks? it said i need something to down load and not sure what or where to go to get it

    Hope your both PCs are on a network,You can backup your database>copy to the new PC>restore the BD
