If you are on prem you can try to restart your BC service.
If you are BC online and can access your admin center then you can try to restart your enviornment.
If you are unable to restart your environment i recommend you contact your CSP partner. They can open a support ticket with Microsoft.
Here i explain how you can restart your environment.
That did not solve this issue. Still happening on 4 devices (3 PCs, 1 mobile) attempting the following browsers:
Chrome
Edge
Firefox
Opera
Try to clear cookies alternative all browser data.
That should solve this issue.
