Receive notification when a PO is "approved" by email

Hello everyone,

Please could you confirm if it's possible to be notify after have submitted a PO for approval and once this PO is in status /approved/ (workflow finalized).

This notification would avoid to always come back to check the PO status in the system.

Thanks a lot for your potential replies.

Hy,

this can be done be activating /notifications/ with in the worklow itsself.

The message is language specific, you can use placeholders and define receipients e.g. the WF originator.

To receive notifications it needs to be activated in the uses options either as email or action center message

In addition, make sure the email notification receipt is enabled for the user.
