All my user can not login to crm

Hi,

please help me

when I want to login to crm error below is appeared;

An error has occurred.

when I checked event viewer I see this;

    Please check CRM Application Pool credentials in web server and change it to some domain user and then try

    Hi Roya

    You can find "Application Pools" inside your IIS (Internet Information Services). You can start with Windows Key+R (run) and type "inetmgr"

    You can see "Application Pools" and "Websites".

    And also don't add your "Service account" as a user to MS CRM or vice-versa
