If my customer has 20 full concurrent users on their Dynamics 2017 on prem license and would like to move to Business Central subscription version, what will their new license on Business Central subscription version look like?

3 to 1 seems to be the typical conversion. There can be other offers in place periodically so checking with Microsoft via the partner network is useful
