Trying to email or send an invoice - Report 50XXX does not have a valid layout. Valid layout types are: Word, RDLC, Excel, and Custom

I have a custom report invoice layout that was developed, and if I "print" it, it works just fine, but if I try and Send it, or choose email, it gives me the below message:

I have seen the issue with the latest version of the report "not having a valid layout", but this error appears to be different, and as I mentioned, does work if I choose to Print it.

Any ideas?

Hi

Please check which type of layout you had added in the report. Also I am not sure how you are sending your email, can you please brief it more?

In your custom report layout you probably have to add a layout used for e-mail.

There is a check box for that in the custom report layout table.
