sql command to restrict sale of some out of stock items in differents stores from hq, is possible?

    You can restrict the sale of out of stock items at the store level by setting the "display out of stock" under the configuration -> option -> item options.  Then set security to disable the "Accept Requested" button on the Insufficient quantity popup prompt.
