We tried to setup the Outlook address Book to match all "Active" contacts in CRM but when we try to use the lookup recipient within an email the result shows all contacts even the inactive ones.
All our Outlook filters are set to inactive, but still inactive contacts from CRM are still available in the Outlook Address Book list.
Does anyone has encountered the same issue ? Did anyone manage to get it resolved?
We found similar posts but since they are more than a year old, I would want to know if there was any update regarding this issue.
