CRM to BC Sales Order Line Unit of Measure

Sales Order are submitted from D365 Sales to Business Central.  On the Product Lines the Unit of Measure selected is different then the Base Unit of Measure.  When the order is integrated to Business Central the Sales Order Line does not retain the selected Unit of Measure from CRM it reverts to the default Base Unit of Measure.  The Selling Unit of Measure is cleared from the Item in Business Central.  If you try to add another Unit to the coupled BC Unit Group in CRM the record is no longer coupled and it still doesn't keep the change on the Sales Line.  Anyone else run into this and have a solution?

Hello - Units of Measure are only BC to CRM.  So if a Unit of Measure was created in CRM it won't flow over to BC.  So those will need to be created in BC first and coupled.

    Hi Andy,

Thank you for the response.  Even with Other Units Coupled, you cannot sell the product in CRM unless its part of the Unit Group.  So how do you sync other selling units of measure from CRM to BC?  If I have an Item Unit of Measure setup in BC with a Base of PCS and another Unit of Measure of BOX (5 PCS to 1 BOX), I need to be able to sell 1 BOX in CRM and have it sync to BC as 1 BOX.  The only way it currently works is if it's the Default Unit of Measure.
