how to make sure post purchase order receipt only when pick and put-away work is completed

currently, warehouse guys use mobile device to complete Purchase order item receiving. After that, PO line is registered and the system creates one work to pick from inbound and put in a default location as shown below. warehouse guys need to use mobile device to complete the work later.

My question is:

If I use batch job or button ,I can post product receipt now for this line because it is registered.

But I want to post product receipt only after warehouse guys use mobile device to complete the work.

I don't know how to setup batch job to do it, because PO line is always registered before and after the work is completed.

Any help is appreciated.

The screenshot you shared is not visible, but based on your query:

If you are performing registration, you should use the “Purchase order item receiving and put away” mobile menu instead of “Purchase order item receiving.” This will allow both Pick and Put steps to be executed within the same process, provided a default put location is configured.

Regarding product receipt posting, as per standard functionality, it cannot be scheduled as a batch job. This is because each product receipt requires a specific receipt number and date, and therefore needs to be posted individually for each purchase order.
