Hallo,

I am trying to post a credit memo to reverse an Item Charge in Business Central. It keeps giving me an error stating: The record in table Value Entry already exists. Identification fields and values: Entry No.='872'. There is no entry 872 in the Value Entries table. Please help!

Hi, It is strange error, have you had any customization in this environment?

I'd recommend getting a developer to debug it, it looks like a custom issue.

Hopefully other experts can give you better advice.
