How to export or open in excel for General Ledger Entries?

Hi, can I know how am I able to export / open in excel for General Ledger entries? I have click on the share icon at the top right hand corner but it doesn’t show the option to open in excel and instead only showing share to teams.

But however, for another entity, there is 3 options that I am able to choose - open in excel / edit in excel and share to teams. 

Appreciate anyone kind advise on this matter. Thank you!

    Hi,

    I suspect this is because of permissions. Can you ensure you have the following permissions for the company you can't see those options

    Hi, yes you can open in excel for General Ledger entries.

    So as Gavin mentioned, please check user permissions.
