Hi community,

a bit strange question.
Is there a way to store a password in a more secure way than a simple solution made by using security roles?

We are using the KB entity to store different information and sometime we need to save a password.

Any ideas?

thank you!

    Hi,

    You have two options

    Use field level security

    www.encorebusiness.com/.../

Encrypt your password and then show on your form

    Use pcf controls

    pcf.gallery/.../

    Hi Bibin,

    thanks for you reply.

I think I'll go to the field level security, keeping an eye to the other solution you provided.

    Thanks a lot
