Upgrade Dynamics 365 2023 release wave 1

Hello,

I'm upgrading one of our sandbox instance to 2023 release wave1 for early access check. Only one component - Dynamics Sales Embedded Package was fail. I retry a couple of times, the failure of the component still happen.

Could you help to figure out the reason cause the failure? Thanks.

Hi partner,

Try refreshing the page and checking that the crm itself has been updated successfully.

I also encountered a failure during the update, but I found that it was already updated to the latest version in the environment.

Hi partner,

I think this failure can be fixed automatically; it just might take some time. I had a failure during yesterday's update, but after a refresh it magically worked.
