I am trying to create reminders for customers, but it is only creating reminders for some of them out of bulk. I have setup the reminder levels also. I can't find the reason why reminders are created for some of the customers only.
Have all customers set the same Reminder Terms Code? In addition, if the customer does not have overdue amounts, reminders will not be automatically created.
