Hello all,

Let's assume that an account is hitting credit block and an order cannot be released, I have some customers which are high risk, and they are on a strict $10,000.00 credit limit, what suggestions can you give me to ensure that no matter what the order does not get released

Please give us more information on this what you are trying to achieve with customer credit hold and what is the issue you are facing.

To ensure orders for high-risk customers are never released:

Hard credit block (Credit management)

No user override permissions (Security)

Secondary order hold (Hold codes)

Auto-apply block for those customers (Rule/extension)

With these combined, the order cannot move forward unless explicitly allowed by an authorized process.
