Synchronize customization and data between a SandBox instance and a Production instance of Dynamics CRM OnLine 2016

I am new in Dynamics CRM. And I need some help if possible.

I have to develop an Add-On which synchronize customization and data between a SandBox instance and a Production instance of Dynamics CRM OnLine 2016.

    You can use the XrmToolbox's plugin called Solution Transfer Tool to copy the solutions with your customizations:

    www.xrmtoolbox.com/Plugins.html

    or write a command line tool with CRM SDK that does this automatically for you.

    As for syncing data, this task is more difficult. You could use Scribe Softwares tool to sync data.

    but what if i would like to set up a unified solution that do this all.

    Migrate customizations and data using SSIS.

    It can be a desktop application for example, or an addon ...

    Would that be possible ?

    Yes, you could use this SSIS Adapter from Kingswaysoft:
