Bonjour! I just want to know if it is a stupid idea to install Management reporter on the same server of my GP 2010. Considering that only one user almost does modification and creation in the FRX Report right now, and with Management Reporter 2012 we will publish the reports on a Sharepoint Server.

Thanks Guys I really appreciate your answers.
Joel
We've done that with 32gb of memory have experienced zero issues
I'd agree with Frank. Both have their own security so the main concern would be the machine resources.
No problems security wise. GP and MR have their own separate security. Since the viewer is a Web Viewer, that should not be an issue either. All they can do is view the rendered reports.
Thanks, It is a vmware, so I could technically increase the memory. Security wise it is OK also to have them on the same server? If we do not publish on Sharepoint and let the users use the Viewer is it OK??
Regards, Joel
Nothing wrong with installing MR on the GP server, as long as the server is capable of handling both from a memory perpsective. How much memory do you have on the server?
