SL 2011 Event Errors when installed on SharePoint 2010

I have build a SharePoint 201 Enterprise server.  Upon completion of the SharePoint installation, there are not errors in the Event Logs.  When i install SL 2011 and reboot, I get the following events logged in the viewer:  67, 6398, 6482.  They continually repeat.

I have seen numerous posts on these event id's but none seem to fix my issues.  The environment is Windows 2008 R2 Server with SharePoint 2010 and a separate SQL Server running Windows 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 R2.

I have tried clearing the cache and restarting the timer service, checked the permissions of the DCOM OSearch.  So I am at a loss of what else to look for.

Dynamics Support says it is a SharePoint problem and SharePoint says it is a Dynamics issue.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
