Font size in Report Writer

I am trying to replace a field on my blank invoice but the font is too big. When I double click I do not get an option to change the font. Anyone know how I can do this?

Open the Properties window. Click on the field in the report. In the Properties window, select the Visibility tab (I think that's the name of it). You can change the font size in this window.

Yep,

Frank's got it right. All that I wanted to add was when you double click on a field you get the Report Field Options window. If you double-click on a piece of static text, like a field prompt, you will get the Drawing Options window. So a field and a prompt are treated differently when double clicking.

Hello,

I would like to make the font for the Buyer ID smaller but cannot find the Properties window as mentioned. When I double click on the field I get the Report Field Options but do not know how to find the Properties window.

I also have an issue with multiple page PO's. The report splits the item number from the description. The item number will print on page one and the description will print on page two. Any suggestions on correcting this would also be appreciated.

Click on the field and press CTRL+D on your keyboard.

If you have a question related to your PO report I suggest you create a separate thread to address it.
