I am familiar with CRM 4.0. Now I have CRM 2016 installed and I am in need of some good resources to use to start educating myself with it. I believe that the installation was successful but when I bring up the product I only get a sales activity dashboard and all of the other tools for sales and contact management. How do I get to the administration pages to add users, etc? Thanks

Hi Ekontos ,

Welcome to the newer versions of CRM.

To add users:

Expand Main Menu -> Setting (Tile) -> Look for Security > Users
