    RE: CRM for outlook

from deployment manager, i changed the web address of dynamics crm (from server ip address to name address <server><domainname>:<port>), i added in the client, this address and login & password to credential manager.

the name of server must be the same value of <SPN></SPN>, to show this value you must open to dynamics crm web application>settings>DEVELOPER RESOURCES

and open discovery.svc or organisation.svc web services to verify this value, thank for all.

-Can you browse your discovery and org svc endpoint--> and then the wsdl

-Also, check if you have any proxy in the browser set.

    à System.Runtime.Remoting.Proxies.RealProxy.HandleReturnMessage

-next try and access CRM through browser and see if you get any prompts

-if you do, please add the crm website first in local intranet site if it is an internal machine

and trusted site of it is external machine

-now if after this it still keeps prompting and this your client machine added to domain then you need to make sure your SPNs are correct as I see below error on this:-

    SspiNegotiationTokenProvider.OnOpen

-For SPNs check what is you app pool account and let me know if it is a custom account or network service and based on that I can tell you what all spns needs to be added

    -run command setspn -l <domainname/apppoolaccount>

-then also run this commend setspn -x which will tell you if you have any duplicate SPNs.

    Hi Ammar,

For this type of incident if you have the application of CRM for Outlook 2013 verify the last updates  I suggest to verify the last update SP1 and SP1 RU3 (French version) for this application and then try to connect with the service.

    +SP1 support.microsoft.com/.../2941390

    + SP1 RU3 support.microsoft.com/.../en-us

Please, let me know your results .

    Best Regards,
