I have problema with the e-mail router!, I can´t send emails to customer from account or contact. Any Help please! I have Office 365 to emaling.

Are you aware of any changes made? If you are not the administrator of these systems please contact the internal teams to check if any CRM or o365 changes were made.
Perhaps the community could assist you better if you could share a bit more detail. What is the error message if any, displayed when you click on "load data" or "test access" in the email router?
What kind of errors are being logged in the event logs of the computer where the router is running?
