What exactly is it you're looking for? Dynamics has a whole Social Listening module that can create Opportunities in CRM already.

Oh, there are two tools Microsoft offers directly for that. If you are in the US, there is the InsideView Insights add-on, which does exactly what you're looking for. If you have a LinkedIn Premium subscription, there is a LinkedIn Sales Navigator which is similar.
But InsideView Insights is basically exactly what you're looking for.

It's working only in U.S, I cannot use it in Europe?
Correct. InsideView doesn't have great European data, so Microsoft doesn't offer it outside of the NA market.
