Configuration Package Import option disabled

I have created configuration package but it doesn't allow me to import from excel. I can see the option but its grayed out not click able I have full access. can you please help.

You do mean this button is grayed out:

Kindly let us know if that is the issue or if you do mean something else. What permission set is assigned to the user?

yes these options are greyed out and I have full access permissions infact I have super user rights as well

Hi,

Do all users have this issue and does this issue also happen with the same user account in the demo company. Does the user actually have super permission in the company the user is working on?

All the user with admin rights are getting this issue in production instance I can see these option active in sandbox yes this user have super permission for this company and also regardless of the company. below is the screenshot of my rights

Maybe a MVP has seen this before, but this does look like something you can report to Microsoft support for offlien analysis.

As a general hint, please blur any information you write or upload that does contain PII data (even if it is your own name).
