Chart Pane not Functioning

Hello Everyone,

We have imported our org on the live server of client and everything seems to be functioning fine apart from the charts. We configured one dashboard for the executives of our client with list components and chart components . The list components are appearing fine in the dashboard but the charts component are not appearing correctly. I can see the home screen on chart pane everywhere.

When I try to create new chart from the customization area then I get the same "Main Page" screen on chart preview screen as soon as I select horizontal and vertical series. Here is the snapshot for it:

This is an on-premise deployment and we did single full server installation on staging environment of client, which is working fine. On the live environment we have 2 front-end server roles and 2 back-end server roles and hardware NLB is configured on the front-end servers and are using https offloading. The screenshot of the IIS binding and the deployment manager configurations are provided below:

Please note the following as well:

1. We have not configured IFD using ADFS for our environment.

2. We have not configured any SPNs

    I know an obvious answer and one you've probably already tried ......

    Have you rebooted server, flushed IE history and tried again?

    Also, are you using a supported version of IE. I think CRM2015 is IE 10 and above.

    I think your screen shots are from Firefox. Firefox is supported but I'm not familiar with version numbers. Does this problem happen in all browsers?

    I'm really not sure what might be causing this but I did once see something similar and a reboot fixed it!

    Thank you for your response but restarting the server did not help the cause unfortunately. I am still able to see the same thing.
