Hello.
In the model-driven apps, is it possible that I can edit the names of buttons? I have a quick create form and I want to replace the "save and close" button with something else. Is this possible in D365 right now?
Any help or suggestions will highly be appreciated.
Thanks

[/quote]I am also thinking of exploring similar. But i guess ribbon workbench doesnot have support for quick create form. It has for main form, subgrid and home page though!!. Also checked the Ribbon Xml - the buttons are not there - so thinking they are rendered in a special way. Anybody has any light to shed ?
Thanks
Hi,
Please try following steps:
Please note, we did not customize or change the command, you can see the CommandCore is same as of original Save and Close button.
Here is the result:
Hi Srikanth,
It’s impossible, main form button can rename easily by the way, you can refer following steps:
1.Go Settings > Solutions to create a new solution and add existing entity you need (example: Account)
2.open the solution in ribbon workbench.
3.Navigate to 'Form' bar and find 'Save & Close' button to right-click it, then select 'customize button'.
4.Now, you can edit it's label with value you want.
5.Publish it.
6.Test result:

Thanks a lot for your response, In ribbon workbench there is no option for Quick Create Form.
@Scott Durow is there any alternative way to achieve this, could you please suggest.
Hi Srikanth,
Unfortunately, you can’t rename ‘Save and Close’ button of the quick create form if the button is following screenshot.
The Ribbon Workbench that Andrew provided just suit for home/form/sub-grid bar(not include quick create form), the quick create form button can’t be edited by it.
You can refer following the basic tutorial of Ribbon Workbench:
