Error Import a solution to new new environment

I am new to dynamics so apologies if this is a silly question but I am stumped.

I am trying to import a solution into a new environment but when i try i get a dependency issue with this error

I Can't find any way to import this msdynce_AppCommonPatch201904 what am i missing?

Tried remoivng the table from the source solution but no joy. I know I am missing something in the target environment but how do I know what it is and how to install it. I have been through the list of resources for both and they match so I'm a bit lost here.

    This seems to be Microsoft solution, which seems to be missing in your upload to environment. You have to raise ticket with MS, for them to upload this to your environment.

    If you will check solution history of your both env you will find the difference in history in regards to this solution. Raise MS ticket and let them take care of it for you.
