Purchasing Trial Balance Historical Aged Trial Balance Report after upgrade to 18.3

We upgraded GP from 18.0 R2 to 18.3. Everything seems fine except the Purchasing Trial Balance Historical Aged Trial Balance Report. It doesn't seem to be picking up all the vendors and the amounts are incorrect. Any advice on what to look for would be appreciated.
