Hi Pulkita,
Hope you know that MS CRM Out of Box don’t allow us to send SMS directly. You have to go with some 3rd tool which allow us to send SMS.

You might to take a look your local provider that provides service Mail to SMS service.
So that the concept is you from CRM just sending the Email to the Provider, then they will proceed to SMS from the Email. Basically sending email in CRM is very easy, can be through Workflow or SDK. Just send the HTML email, adjust with your provider format. Usually they will have package for subscription, for example 100 SMS per month per user, etc.
