I got a little hiccup with CRM 2013 Online. I figured out how to add appointment for a lead (CRM>Sales>Leads>Name>Activities>Ellipse>Appointment), but the appointment setter needs to know whether the time being assigned for the sales agent is not conflicting with already existing appointment on the calendar. I tried to add the name to the "Required" field, change the Owner, and even that I have an appointment for the exactly the same time, it just shows up as a second appointment, which conflicts with existing. In other words, the calendar shows two appointments with the same time.
The situation gets more complicated when a blind person is doing it all, which we already have worked out so far, but the appointment setting is a stopper right now.
Any advise would be appreciated.

I have the same question (0)Hi,
If you try and save an appointment that is conflicting with another, you should get a scheduling error dialog popup telling you who can't make the appointment. Make sure the other appointment isn't marked as 'Free' and the required attendees are correctly set, otherwise you won't see the conflict.
Hope this helps,
Scott
