Dual-Write: "Price Quote" and "Price Order" don't return trade agreement price

Hi,

I am trying to set up the "Prospect-to-Cash" scenario in our demo environment. So far almost everything works fine, except "Price Quote" and "Price Order" functions. I have set up sales prices for one released product in the trade agreements of D365 SCM, one price for all customers, another - for a particular customer price group. If I create a quote/order in D365 SCM, those trade agreement prices are applied as expected. But when I try to use "Price Quote" or "Price Order" in D365 Sales, the add-on does not return any value.

Validated setup:

  1. D365 SCM - "Manual entry" removed from the Accounts Receivable Parameters / Price / Trade agreement evaluation.
  2. D365 Sales:
    • The Use system prizing calculation system option is set to Yes;
    • The Discount calculation method column is set to Line item.

What else is required? What other setup parameters might be missing?

App versions:
D365 SCM - 10.0.16,
Dual-Write Core - 1.0.24
Dual-Write application orchestration solution - 2.2.2.23
Project Operations is also installed on the same environment.

I have the same question (0)

    Update as a note to those who might encounter the same issue:

    1) D365 Sales parameter "Use system pricing calculation" has to be set to "No", and not to "Yes", meaning there is an error in this doc article:  docs.microsoft.com/.../dual-write-prospect-to-cash

    2) In my scenario we didn't actually need to duplicate sales quotations created in D365 Sales to the D365 SCM, so initially I didn't enable those to maps. But without copying the data "Price Quote" function does not work.

    Hi Julia,

    Thank you for posting how you resolved the issue; and for providing Feedback in regard to an error in the doc article referenced.
